Engagement Terms
How engagements work.

Annual Commitment

All CYPHR BLUE engagements are annual commitments. The architecture operates as a continuous operating system — compliance monitoring, revenue cycle oversight, and financial governance don't function on a month-to-month basis. Pricing reflects annual engagement: 12-month terms.

No Hourly Billing

CYPHR BLUE does not bill by the hour. The engagement fee covers the full scope of the role architecture at your engagement level — all advisory work, all deliverables, all analytical outputs. There are no surprise invoices for advisory hours.

Implementation

A one-time implementation fee applies at engagement start. Implementation covers organizational onboarding, system configuration, data governance setup, and BAA execution where applicable. Implementation fee is scoped at engagement: $10,000–$20,000.

Facility Changes

Facility add-ons can be added during an engagement term as your organizational structure evolves. Add-ons are priced at your engagement level's per-facility rate. Facility removals are addressed at annual renewal. The structure is built to accommodate organizational change.
